Here's George "American Taliban" Bush speaking at a fundraiser for the Tennessee Republican Party and GOP Senatorial candidate Bob Corker last week:

"I believe government has an obligation to open its coffers for competitive bidding to faith-based and community-based groups in order to make sure America -- America's souls are saved one person at a time."

Did a speechwriter actual compose this line for Bush or did he come up with it his own little self?
