Iraqi Vice President Says U.S. Invasion Was An "Idiot Decision"

Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Iraqi Vice President Adel Abdul Mahdi said that, while he agrees that Baghdad needs to be secured to ensured his country's survival, the choice made by the Bush administration to invade Iraq was an "idiot decision."

"If we can win this war in Baghdad then I think we can change the course of events," said Mahdi adding, "Iraq was put under occupation, which was an idiot decision."
