The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and will be in a period of morning business for up to one hour, with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each, with the time equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their designees, with the first half under the control of the Republicans and the final half under the control of the Majority.

Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R. 6, the Energy legislation.

The Senate will recess from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. to accommodate the respective caucus luncheons.

At 2:15 p.m., the Senate will agree to the motion to proceed and then proceed to the consideration of H.R. 6, the CLEAN Energy Act of 2007.
