The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and will resume consideration of H.R. 2669, the Higher Education Access Act. Under a consent agreement, there are 10 hours of debate remaining equally divided and controlled on the bill.

There will be two roll call votes around 12:00 noon in relation to the Murkowski amendment No. 2329 (College Access Partnership Funding) and the Kennedy amendment No. 2330 (Promise Grants).
