The Senate will convene at 2:00 p.m. and will be in a period of morning business until 3:00 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each, and with the time equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees.

At 3:00 p.m., the Senate will resume consideration of H.R. 1585, the Defense Authorization bill. There will be no roll call votes during Monday's session.
