Today In The Senate

The Senate will convene at 11:00 a.m. and proceed to a period of morning business until 12:00 noon, with the time equally divided and controlled between the two leaders, or their designees.

At 12:00 noon, the Senate will resume consideration of the House Message to accompany H.R. 2095, AMTRAK. The Republican Leader will control the time from 12:00 noon to 12:15 p.m., with the Majority Leader in control of the time from 12:15 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.

At 12:30 p.m. the Senate will proceed to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur in the House Amendment, to the Senate Amendment, to H.R. 2095.
