Moxiegrrrl On “Dumbest Grant Ever”

Few people top The Dog on the daily indignation scale, but my buddy, Moxiegrrrl, does it on a regular basis. Today, Mox fumes over a $500,000 federal grant being used to paint an Alaska Airlines jet like a huge fish.

Republican Senator Ted Stevens got the money for the Alaska Fisheries Marketing Board, which then gave it to Alaska Airlines.

C'mon, Mox. Wouldn't you kick in a few bucks to have the visage of a giant chimp painted on Air Force One?
