All Hail Crooks and Liars

No, not the Republicans in Congress. I'm referring to our friends John Amato and Mike Finnigan at Crooks and Liars, the web site none of us in the liberal world should even try to live without.

Why am I toasting them today? Because, in the Technorati list showing the “biggest blogs in the blogosphere,” C&L just moved past conservative seahag Michelle Malkin to claim the number eight spot, of the 25.4 million blogs they track.

Impressive on its face, but even more so when you consider that John Amato does this without the support that the troglodyte Right gets from their political benefactors and, relatively speaking, C&L hasn’t been around nearly as long as Malkin and others like her.

Quality doesn’t win all the time but, in this case, it certainly prevails. Congratulations to John, Mike and Crooks and Liars.
