The Senate will convene at 1:00 p.m. and will resume consideration of H.R. 800, the Employee Free Choice Act, with the time until 7:00 p.m. for debate with respect to the motion and the time equally divided and controlled between Senators Kennedy and Enzi or their designees. At 7:00 p.m., Senator Sessions will be recognized to speak for up to one hour.

There will be no roll call votes during Monday's session. The next roll call vote will occur at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 26.
