Upon the conclusion of morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R. 6, the Energy bill. When the Senate resumes consideration of the bill, the time until 11:45 a.m. will be equally divided between Senator Inhofe and Senator Boxer or their designees. At 11:45 a.m., the Senate will vote in relation to the Inhofe amendment No. 1505 (refinery capacity).

The Senate will convene at 9:30 a.m. and will proceed to a period of morning business for 60 minutes, with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each with the time equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their designees with the first half under the control of the Majority and the second half under the control of the Republicans.
