The Senate will convene at 9:30 a.m. and will resume consideration of S. 1639, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill, with one hour for debate only with the time equally divided and controlled between Senators Kennedy and Specter or their designees. Following the hour of debate, the Republican Leader may be recognized to speak for up to 10 minutes to be followed by 10 minutes for the Majority Leader. Upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will proceed to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on S. 1639.

Members have until 10:00 a.m. to file any germane second degree amendments to S. 1639.
