The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and will resume, en bloc, the motions to proceed to H.R. 800, the Employer Free Choice Act, and S. 1639, the Immigration Reform legislation, with the time until 11:30 a.m. equally divided and controlled between Senators Kennedy and Enzi or their designees.

The time from 11:30 a.m. until 11:40 a.m. is reserved for the Republican Leader and the time from 11:40 a.m. until 11:50 a.m. is reserved for the Majority Leader. At 11:50 a.m., the Senate will proceed to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 800, to be followed by a vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 1639.

Upon the conclusion of the second vote, the Senate will stand in recess until 2:15 p.m. in order to accommodate the respective conference luncheons.
