The Candidates Speak: Chris Dodd In Iowa On Libby Commutation

Democratic Presidential Candidate Chris Dodd is campaigning in Iowa and had some choice words for George W. Bush's effective pardoning of Scooter Libby while speaking yesterday at a diner in Ottumwa.

"The only reason he got a commuted sentence is because he's the president's buddy," said Dodd.
