Schumer On Bush's Assertion Of Executive Privilege

Here's a quote from Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) that says it all about George W. Bush asserting executive privilege on Congressional requests for documents and testimony from White House officials in the political firings at the Justice Department:

“The President seems to think that ‘executive privilege’ is a magic mantra that can hide anything including wrongdoing. Show me an Administration that craves secrecy, and I’ll show you an Administration that probably has something to hide.”
