July 4 Protest At McConnell's Louisville Home

Take it from someone who's originally from Nebraska, one of the reddest of the red states, when I say that those of us who live in places like New York (where I live), Massachusetts and California sometimes lose sight of how difficult it is to protest the Bush regime in a state that leans heavily Republican.

I was tipped to a protest that happened on Wednesday at the Louisville, Kentucky home of Senate Minority Leader -- and senior Bush enabler -- Mitch McConnell.
