The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and will be in a period of morning business with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 15 minutes each. During morning business, Senator Dorgan will be recognized for up to 30 minutes. There will be no roll call votes during Friday's session of the Senate.
