Today In The Senate

The Senate will convene at 10:30 a.m. and proceed to a period of morning business for up to one hour, with the time equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their designees.

Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of S. 3001, the Department of Defense Authorization.

At 12:30 p.m., there will be a moment of silence to honor the victims of the September 11th attacks.
