Jane Fonda: Still Banned in Kentucky

Kentucky movie theater owner Ike Boutwell has refused to show the new Jane Fonda film “Monster-in-Law” because of Fonda's opposition to the Vietnam war over 30 years ago.

It is worth noting that Boutwell also refused to allow showings of "Fahrenheit 9/11," apparently fearing the residents of this small Kentucky town might actually become better informed and begin voting for Democrats.

Elizabethtown, where Boutwell resides, is the county seat of Hardin County, which voted to the tune of 68 percent for George W. Bush in 2004.
