Drinking Liberally In San Francisco

As if just being in San Francisco isn’t good enough, I attended the local Drinking Liberally Tuesday night and met some fun and interesting people, while being very much welcomed into the fold. Held in the spacious beer garden of a great bar called Zeitgeist, the atmosphere was warm, the drinks were good and it was great hanging out with so many like-minded people.

Had Tom DeLay been indicted Tuesday instead of yesterday, we might all still be there in various states of celebratory bliss.

In addition to meeting the charming organizer of the event, Susan Harrison, I got to talk with a great crew of fellow bloggers including Erik from The Generik Brand, Simbaud from The King of Zembla, Dr. Laniac and Spocko of Spocko's Brain.

I had an amazing time and will be back next time I’m in town. A huge thank you to the San Francisco Drinking Liberally gang for the welcome.
