Libby Indicted!

Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff Lewis "Scooter" Libby has just been indicted on five counts of obstruction of justice, perjury and making false statements. The perjury charge includes two counts of lying to the grand jury itself and one obstruction of justice count for trying to mislead the jury about the outing of Valerie Plame.
