The Senate will convene at 10:30 a.m. and will resume consideration of H.R. 6, the Energy legislation. There will then be up to 70 minutes for debate prior to votes in relation to the following: Kyl amendment No. 1733 to the Baucus amendment No. 1704; and the motion to invoke cloture on the Baucus amendment No. 1704. Therefore, two votes are expected to begin around 11:45 a.m.

As a reminder, Senator Reid filed cloture on the following on Tuesday: Baucus amendment No. 1704 to the Reid substitute amendment No. 1502; Reid substitute amendment No. 1502; H.R. 6, the Energy legislation; and on the motion to proceed to H.R. 800, the Employee Free Choice Act.

On Wednesday, Senator Reid filed cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 1639, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform legislation.
