Today In The Senate

The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and proceed to H.R. 7081, the India-U.S. Nuclear Cooperation Approval and Non-Proliferation Enhancement Act. There will be 60 minutes of general debate on the bill, with the time equally divided and controlled between the leaders or their designees.

Following debate on the India-U.S. Nuclear legislation, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of H.R 1424.

At 7:00 p.m. the Senate will resume consideration of the House message with respect to H.R. 2095, with the time until 7:30 p.m. equally divided and controlled between the leaders, or their designees.

As a reminder, the Senate will recess from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. in order to accommodate the weekly caucus lunches.
