Church Kicks Democrats Out
It's crap like this that steels the Yellow Dog's resolve to no longer compromise with conservatives.
The Reverend Chan Chandler – how many locker-room wedgies did he endure as a kid for that name? -- has booted nine members out of the East Waynesville Baptist Church in North Carolina for refusing to support George W. Bush.
Although this move has caused 40 other members to leave the church in protest, Chandler says he would take the same action again because of the “...word of God.”
But, says the Reverend, they can come back if they repent and agree to support Bush.
Friday night services, anyone?
