President Bush: It's Another Poll!

CBS News conducted a poll among a nationwide random sample of 1,222 adults, July 29-August 2, 2005. Here's the big-ticket items:
  • 55 percent disapprove of the way George W. Bush is handling the situation in Iraq
  • 80 percent say the grand jury investigation into the outing if CIA operative Valerie Plame by the White House is of either "great importance" or "some importance."
  • 77 percent think the Bush administration is either hiding something or outright lying in the Valerie Plame investigation.
Seeing America getting a clue is a wonderful way to start the weekend.
