Bush Neighbor Lets Sheehan Use Land

It looks like Fred Mattlage, a neighbor of George W. Bush -- and cousin of the man who fired a shotgun into the air on Sunday – has invited Cindy Sheehan and the protesters at Camp Casey to move out of the drainage ditch and onto his land.

Mattlage, who said he doesn't share his distant cousin's frustrations with Sheehan, made the offer on Monday and it was accepted today. Sheehan and her companions will begin moving their encampment onto Mattlage's land tomorrow, which will take them away from the road and closer to Bush's ranch.

According to the Associated Press report, Fred Mattlage made the offer because he sympathizes with Sheehan and her supporters.

Thank you, Mr. Mattlage
